Summary of Incident:

On 10/09/2013 at approximately 2200 hours Detective's with the Kennewick Police Department's Criminal Apprehension Team observed a stolen vehicle, reported out of Benton County Sheriff's Office, traveling eastbound on Kennewick Ave near Vista Way.

Several Officers and Detectives with the Kennewick Police Department stopped the vehicle in the 1500 block of W. Kennewick Ave. (4) subjects were detained from the vehicle; The female driver and 3 male passengers.

One of the passengers identified as Antonio Deleon, a 47 YOA male, was arrested at the location for a felony warrant out of the Department of Corrections and for false reporting. Another passenger identified as Solomon Hernandez, an 18 YOA male, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a felony. The driver of the vehicle identified as Sahlly J. Trevino, a 25 YOA female, was arrested for driving on a suspended license in the 3rd degree.

Deleon, Hernandez, and Trevino were later transported to the Benton County jail on booked on the criminal charges. The 3rd passenger in the vehicle was released without charges. The incident report is being forwarded to the Benton County Sheriff's Office for possible additional felony charge(s) of possession of a stolen vehicle.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington.     On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
