Fraud/00 blk N Edison St- Complainant found her public assistance card balance missing
$550.00. She has no idea who took the money as the card is PIN protected. No
suspects or witnesses.
 
Fraud/1000 blk W 4th Ave- Complainant received a bill today for $146.00 regarding an
account made at Century Link/Quest in her name. She has not opened an account with
this company. Investigation continuing.
 
Narcotics/1000 blk W 10th Ave- Officer Zinsli responded to the school where the Assistant Principal had a female detained for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officer Zinsli obtained the marijuana pipe as evidence, a statement from the juvenile and submitted a
JCR. Juvenile was released to parent.

Auto Theft/2500 blk W Grand Ronde Ave- Reporting party advised their tan 2001 GMC
Yukon WA# AER1529 was stolen. There is no suspect info.
 
B SQUAD
 
Obstructing & Resisting Arrest/600 blk S Benton- Officer Sneyd and company
responded to a report of two juveniles fighting in front of the location. Upon arrival
they located an uncooperative 19 year old male. Upon contact he was walking away
from the residence. When told to stop he refused and ran from Officers Sneyd and
Peterson. He was quickly apprehended. At about this time his mother arrived on scene
and attempted to obstruct Officer Peterson into taking him into custody. Officer Sneyd
was able to keep 36 year old female out of the mix while Officer Peterson took custody
of the male. He was booked for obstructing as well as his mother.
 
Assault DV &Alcohol Violation/2900 blk W 19th Ave- Officer Kiel and company
responded to a report of a 17 year old male threatening to assault his father. Upon
arrival it was determined the 17 year old had threaten to punch his father. The incident
stemmed from the juvenile coming home intoxicated. It was however determined he
was also one of the two subjects fighting in the street reference the call in the 600 blk S
Benton. He was booked into Juvenile.
 
Malicious Mischief/600 blk N Arthur- Officer Hanson contacted the reporting party who
advised after receiving her Mazda 6 via a divorce settlement its engine mysteriously
seized up. She took the vehicle to a mechanic who found a strange blue liquid in the
crank case instead of motor oil. Former husband is the primary suspect.
 
Malicious Mischief/7800 blk W Deschutes Ave- Officer Hanson contacted the reporting
party who discovered the front window of her Chevrolet Aveo broken out. No suspects
at time of report.
 
CAT
 
Narcotics/18000 blk S Hawthorne St- US Marshals Task Force went to this location to
arrest a 25 year old male for a DOC Warrant. He saw the marshals coming, locked the
doors and later climbed out a bedroom window and fled on foot. A foot chase ensued
where he tried to assault the marshals. He was tased and taken into custody. K-9 Officer
Merkl developed enough information to obtain a narcotic search warrant for this
residence. CAT responded and assisted with serving the warrant. Detectives located
cocaine, digital scale, drug paraphernalia, packaging material and cash. Suspect was
booked for his DOC Warrant, and other charges are pending.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
