Southridge High Students Raise Money for Breast Cancer at Carmine's

KENNEWICK, WA.- High schools in Kennewick are teaming up for "Pink Week". They are raising money for the Tri-Cities Cancer Center as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Students from Southridge High School helped Carmine's Italian Restaurant Friday. The restaurant donated $5 for every person that ate there Friday.

The fundraiser continues through Sunday any reservation or take out order get the Tri-Cities Cancer Center $5.

Next Friday, October 18,  a check of all the money raised during "pink week" will be presented at halftime of the Southridge versus Walla Walla High School football game.
