PASCO, WA - When zombies attack. The TRAC Center was invaded by the living dead on Saturday night.
The slow moving group of ghoulish zombies crawled their way into TRAC center, but not before doing a surprise rendition of the thriller dance. Once inside there were games and prizes for the kids, free massages and plenty of zombie dancing. The Zombie Ball event is a fundraiser for the Edith Bishel Center for the blind and visually impaired.
"We're located in Kennewick Washington yet we take care of a 560,000 population base with only two full-time employees," said Cynthia McCready the executive director of the Edith Bishel Center for the blind and visually impaired. "30% of our budget is critical for us to earn every year in order for us to keep offering the services that we do."
The Bishel Center will use the funds raised tonight to bring services to the blind throughout our region. While most of the attendants were deadly, it was a lively party.
