Rear seat was occupied by two infants and one adult female. Sgt Weatherbee asked
the front seat passenger for ID. The subject refused. When asked a second time for ID
and refusing Sgt Weatherbee instructed the male to exit the vehicle. He refused. At
about this time the driver exited the store store. The driver observed the disturbance
happening at the vehicle and immediately tried to interfere with the passenger contact
by attempting to push past Cpl Ball. The second subject was detained in cuffs. Once
both were detained they claimed no assault had occurred but admitted to ‘playing
around" by slapping at each other. Both were booked into jail for obstructing.
