Burglary & Auto Theft Follow up/Spokane County- Last week a male was arrested by
BCSO for DWLS. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. He was very upset when
he was told him he couldn't get the vehicle out until 30 days adding the male wasn't the
Registered Owner anyway so he couldn't get the vehicle out at all. The next morning
they found their gate forced open and the vehicle gone. The vehicle was listed as
stolen. Today Spokane County SO located the male in the vehicle sleeping. He was
arrested for possessing a stolen vehicle and booked. The vehicle was towed again.
Forwarded to Officer J. Peterson for follow up. Tow company notified.
 
Theft/1200 blk W Metaline Ave- Owner of the old trailer park reported three Hispanic
males stealing two piles of old telephone poles they had cut down and stacked up on
the property. One employee contacted them and got the plate number. Investigation
continuing.
 
Trespass/800 blk S Olympia St- The manager reported seeing an older Hispanic male
attempt to lure kids on their property. Officer Valdez contacted the male who was with
his ex-wife's 8 year old son. He does not live at the location and we had no crime. He
was trespassed at the request of the manager.
 
Trespass/7400 blk W Canal Dr- While checking the location for the two males the from
a previous call the emergency exit alarm went off. Thinking it was the two male we
checked the area. Officer Reynolds contacted a female acting suspiciously in the parking
lot. She had three warrants and was detained. The female said she was one that ran
out the emergency exit. The warrants were not extraditable so she was released but
given a criminal trespass warning from by the business. She refused to sign it and said
she needed her purse from the store. The LP gathered her purse and gave it to her and
she still refused to leave the property and was booked into jail for Criminal Trespass.
 
Assault/100 blk W 21st – A 13 year old male was bouncing a pink ball in the area of
Edison Elementary when two other boys made fun of his pink ball which promptly
provoked a "f… off" from the male. The two boys confronted him, assaulted him and
afterward took the ball and a $5 bill that fell out of his pocket. They ran off with the ball
and the money. Officer Meyer canvassed the neighborhood but didn't locate the
suspects or witnesses. The larger juvenile was described as 13yoa 505 130 with brown
hair and a short sleeve white shirt. The other one was described as 13yoa 503 110
blonde hair and a black short sleeve shirt.
 
Warrant/3000 blk W 4th Ave- Officers responded to a report of a strange male talking to
children at the location. Upon contact with the male provided a false name but was
recognized. He had a felony warrant. His fiancé also had a felony warrant. Both went
to jail.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
