Summary of Incident: Kennewick, Wa.

Yesterday, October 14th, Kennewick Police investigated 3 reports of vehicle theft.

13-33362 – Vehicle Theft / 1001 W. 4th

Cynthia Perry-Rizzo reported, sometime during the night, her white, 2004 Chevy Trailblazer, WA License plate 789VMK, was stolen. The vehicle was last seen in the parking lot at approx. 1000 pm on 10/13.

13-33378 – Vehicle Theft / 425 W. 11th

Brandon Cushing reported, sometime during the night his white, 2004 GMC Sierra pickup truck, WA B81525R, was stolen. Cushing stated he parked the vehicle on the street at approx. 7:30pm on 10/13.

13-33402 – Vehicle Theft / 51 N Edison St

Eduardo Blanco reported that his car had been stolen during the night. The car is a lowered white 1993 Honda Civic Coup with purple and green stripes on the side. The vehicle has 15" GSR Blade rims (License # 930ZYU)


Through August of this year, we have investigated 89 auto thefts in Kennewick. This was a 5% increase from 2012.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
