Around 9am on Tuesday, OSP says the concrete mixer truck was westbound on Highway 26 near milepost 18 when it travelled off the north side of the highway. The truck struck a dirt embankment and rolled onto its side until it came to rest blocking the highway, spilling cement on the road.
