Summary of Incident:

FOLLOW-UP MEDIA RELEASE:  The Kennewick Police Department continues to investigate an injury hit-and-run collision that occurred on 10-16-2013 at 1841 hours at S. Washington St. and E. 10th Ave, in which a vehicle struck two pedestrians and a dog in the crosswalk as they crossed E. 10th Ave.   The vehicle then left the scene.

 

Investigators have determined a description of the vehicle as follows and are requesting assistance from the public in locating the vehicle.  It is described as a newer dark blue or gray extended cab Dodge pickup truck with a similar colored canopy on the bed of the truck.  The canopy had a center rear brake light and windows all around.  The front of the truck had a light colored, possibly chrome grill.  The wheels were a lighter color, possibly grey.

 

The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on E. 10th Ave. from S. Washington St. on 10-16-2013 at about 1841 hours.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington.     On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
