Haunted Attraction in Yakima Brings Scares to Downtown

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, WA-- We are in the middle of October and that means lots of haunted houses are popping up all over the region

If you are in Yakima, you can check out the Terror on the Ave. sponsored by Legends Casino.

This is the first year this has happened in Yakima in the old Nordstrom building right in the heart of downtown.

Event organizers said when you visit the attraction; you can never predict what you will see.

"The haunt is designed around people's fears and phobias, but one of the features is an area we call the curtain of chaos where people get lost and may encounter all sorts of fun and excitement within the curtain of chaos," said event organizer Al Holman.

Tickets are $10.00 at the door on East Yakima Avenue and 4th Street.

It is open from 6:00 to 11:00 every Friday and Saturday night in October.  It will also be open on Halloween and the first weekend in November.
