YAKIMA, WA. -- A shooting just after Midnight Sunday morning on the Nob Hill Overpass near 1st Street sent two people to the hospital.
The 26-year-old male victim had just picked his 23-year-old brother up from work and was driving home when an unknown car pulled up next to them. The suspects fired multiple gun shots into their car and then sped off.
The 26-year-old then drove the car to the hospital where both occupants were treated for gunshot wounds. The 23-year-old was treated for a gunshot wound to the torso which initially appeared to be life threatening. He is in stable condition. The 26-year-old was a treated for a gunshot wound to the upper back which was considered non-life threatening.
Police have not released any information on any suspects in this case.
