Fraud/2800 blk W 10th Ave – Complainant reported fraudulent transactions made on
her credit card in Kennewick as well as in Pendleton OR. Video shows a White male
whom she didn't recognize. She had possession of the credit card during all the
transactions. Forwarded to Detectives for follow-up.
 
Assault DV/1700 blk E 34th Ave- Male came to the residence to try and pick up his 5
year old son from his mother who was watching his two children. He has a meth
problem and became enraged at the residence for no apparent reason. He pushed his
mother with both hands causing her harm and when the police were called he fled.
Officer Pitts located him and took him to jail.
 
Theft/7400 blk W Canal Dr – A male walked in and grabbed two curling irons
collectively valued at $150. He then fled into a car with an Idaho plate. Through the
investigation a suspect was developed and attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.
The suspect was recently kicked out of his parent's residence, has a history of thefts
with a similar MO and has a warrant. Forwarded to the CA.
 
Hit and Run/1300 blk N Columbia Center Blvd- First vehicle was on Quinault St when a
another vehicle rear-ended second vehicle who then rear-ended the first vehicle. The
suspect vehicle is a medium green early 90`s "older" two door sedan possibly a Ford
Escort. The driver was a late 30`s or 40`s white female with 80`s style dark curly hair and
clear reading glasses. She was not located.
 
Theft/2400 blk W Albany Ave Complainant reported his wallet was stolen from his
desk drawer. His credit card was used shortly thereafter in Pasco. A 40 year old
Hispanic Male is the suspect according to the clerk at the business. No further
description on the suspect.
 
Disorderly Conduct/7000 blk W Grandridge Blvd and female were walking near the jail
arguing and using profanity very loud. Several families were at the ice rink unloading  2
equipment and they were well within earshot of the male's barrage of profanity. Off
duty Pasco Police Officer called 911. As the officer's wife drove out of the parking lot,
the male pointed his finger at her as if it were a gun and mimicked shooting at her.
Upon arrival he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and booked.
 
Suicide Attempt/400 blk S Edison St- Female took 10 of her sleeping pills this morning.
She called 911 when she began to feel effected. She claimed she was not suicidal and
was conscious and alert upon PD arrival. Her 4 year old son was home at the time. They
went to KGH where he aunt met her. Crisis and CPS notified.
 
Taking Motor Vehicle without Permission/600 Blk S Dayton St- Complainant reported
his car taken by his brother. He is seen on video driving the car out of the school.
Complainant had a spare key at home which his brother took. The car was returned but
the brother hasn't been located yet.
 
Burglary/1200 blk S Olympia St - Complainant reported finding the door open to the
building where employees work out of. There was no sign of forced entry. A computer
was taken and several file drawers were rummaged through. No suspects or witnesses.
 
Hit and Run/Clearwater & Columbia Center Blvd- Male rear ended another vehicle then
"got scared" and drove North on Columbia Center Blvd to Deschutes then to Steptoe.
He drove erratically on Steptoe past Sgt Genack, who caught up with him and arrested
him. He was very cooperative and as a result was cited and released for hit and run with
several additional infractions.
 
Lewd Conduct/600 blk S Garfield St- 57 year old male was walking on Garfield when he
saw the victim in this case walking on the track. He stared directly at her for a long
period of time. She began to run around the track and saw that he was "stroking his
private parts as if he was masturbating" on the outside of his pants. She asked him if he
needed something and he said "Yes I need you." He went to jail for Lewd Conduct.
 
Order Violation/200 blk W 6th Ave- Male and female were at the station together
although they came to the station separately. He thought the pre-trial no contact order
had expired but it didn't. He went to jail.
 
Trespass/6300 blk W Canal Dr- Chief Hohenberg chased down and detained a
suspicious person spotted by employees. A male walked behind a row of trucks and
ducked underneath one of them. When employees confronted him he walked away.
Chief Hohenberg then intervened until Patrol units arrived and ultimately took the male
to jail for Trespassing. The male said someone was following him.
 
B Squad

 
Vehicle Prowl/300 blk N Underwood- Complainantreported his vehicle had the passenger
window smashed out and his I-pad, GPS, Satellite Meter, Sears MC, Wal-Mart Credit Card,
Discover Card, 2 checkbooks and a bottle of Adderall were taken. The crime took place
between 0900 and 1030 hours. There are no suspects. He said he tracked his I-pad and it was in Connell. FCSO responded but did not find anything at the location.
 
Aggravated Assault DV/1400 blk N Edison-
Dr reported that he had treated a female for a
Corneal Detachment. He said she told him that her husband hit her in the eye Sunday. Dr said
the injury is rare and is usually caused by surgery or being hit in the eye. The suspect was
contacted and gave the same story about the argument that led up to the injury, but denied
intentionally hitting his wife and said it probably happened by accident. He said he has never
assaulted his wife but was arrested in 2004 for assaulting her. The on call Deputy Prosecutor
approved booking the suspect for Assault Second Degree – DV. Judge put a protection order in
place.
 
Theft/3900 blk W 27th Ave-
Male concealed two circuit breakers ($360.00) and left the store.
He was detained by Loss Prevention. Officer Harris discovered the suspect also had a felony
warrant out of Franklin County. He was booked for Theft and the warrant.
 
Theft/00 blk N Neel- Complainant reported that his daughter let several of her friends in the
house while he was gone and now items are missing. The daughter said she let the "friends" in
to smoke marijuana and laid her I-phone down, left the room and when she returned the phone
was missing. She confronted the "friends" who said they did not know anything and then
decided they should leave. Later it was also discovered that an X-box and keys to the
complainants were missing as well.
 
Extortion/2800 blk S Tacoma St- Officer Meiners passed on information that the suspect in the
case had been approved for booking by Prosecutors office on the charge of extortion. The
suspect had used nude photographs of his 17 year old ex-girlfriend to extort her. Officer
Greenough contacted the suspect at his mother's residence and he was arrested. The suspect
invoked and his phone was seized for a search warrant. He was booked for Extortion and
additional charges will be considered by the prosecutor's office to include, Child Pornography,
and Cyber Stalking.
 
Disorderly Conduct/700 blk Vineyard Dr-
Officers Grant and Kiel responded to an employee
calling dispatch and saying the bar employee yelled for him to call 911, there was no additional
information. Officers Grant and Kiel arrived and Officer Kiel asked for additional units. Dispatch
could not raise either Officer after that. Several officers responded code. The officers were ok,
but had walked into a large fight. After the officers gained control staff wanted to let everyone
go and lots of the offenders did manage to leave. It was explained to staff that there is a
problem with over service and assaults. Some of the staff started to cooperate. Two males
were arrested and booked for Disorderly Conduct. The report will be sent to Liquor Control due
to the large number of patrons that were over served leading to the fight.
 
Suicide Attempt/1500 blk S Garfield- Cpl Ball responded to an anonymous reporting party who said a male had sent a face book message that he wanted to kill himself. After several agencies checked several locations Cpl Ball found the male on Garfield St. When he was contacted he would only open his eyes and would not respond. Medics responded. He was able to convey he had been drinking heavily and did not really want to hurt himself. Crisis Response was contacted talked to him and his roommate and said it was OK for him to stay there. Medics said he was intoxicated, but did not need to go to the hospital.
 
Wanted Person/3000 blk W 4th Ave-
Officers Kiel and Grant tracked down a male because he
had been repeatedly violating no contact orders. He also had 4 felony warrants. He was located
and tried to hide, but to no avail. He was booked at the BCSO Jail.
 
Robbery/2700 blk S Quillan St- An unknown male suspect took items from the store
without paying. Two Loss Prevention Officers contacted the suspect. The suspect hit
one Loss Prevention officer in the neck with his forearm. The second knocked the items
from the suspect's grasp. The suspect fled on foot. An area check did not produce the
suspect.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
