OLYMPIA, WA. - The Secretary of State honors five Washington businesses with the 2013 Corporations for Communities award.
Sec. Kim Wyman presented the award Tuesday to Columbia Fresh Produce in Walla Walla, along with four other businesses around the state. The award honors exceptional Washington businesses that make it a priority to
help the community.
Wyman also recognized five other businesses in the state for their community efforts, including Pacific Alliance Title in Yakima and KHQ Television in Spokane.
The four other businesses to receive awards include: Weyerhaeuser in Federal Way, IKEA in Renton, Town Auto Group in Wenatchee,
and McClain Insurance Services in Everett.
The four other businesses recognized include: Cedar Grove Composting, Inc. in Seattle, Stormans in Olympia, and Valley
Athletic Club in Tumwater.
