Time Running Out to Attend Country Mercantile's Harvest Festival
PASCO, WA - If you're looking for something the whole family can do this weekend, the Fall Harvest Festival at Country Mercantile is in full swing, but time is running out.
The festival runs daily through the end of October.
This year marks the 15th year for the month-long tradition at the Franklin County store, and there are plenty of things to do including straw bale pyramids, carnival rides, a four-acre corn maze and an eight-acre pumpkin patch.
"Just forget about the daily routine and just have fun--we have some families who bring their families at like 9 o'clock in the morning and they leave at like 6:00 p.m., all exhausted," said Max Uriostegui, the store's manager.
The festival runs everyday from 9:00 a.m. until sunset. Admission is $6.50 per person and it's free for children under two. Country Mercantile is located at 232 Crestloch Road, just off Highway 395 north of Pasco.
