C-Shift

 
Burglary/2900 blk S Rainier- Complainant reported that sometime during the night an
unknown suspect entered the garage, front door was left open, and stole an orange
Husqvarna lawnmower, Stihl chainsaw), circular saw, two weed eaters, and gas can.
 
Malicious Mischief/1800 blk W 6th-
Officers responded to the area for a report of
vehicles in the area that three had been egged. No leads or suspects.
 
Vehicle Prowl/3400 blk S Dennis-
Complainant reported that sometime during the night
an unknown suspect stole his IPod Touch from his unlocked vehicle which was parked at
the location. No leads or suspects.
 
Lewd Conduct/Edison & Metaline-
Complainant observed the male suspect walking past
the business, west on Metaline. She provided a statement and description which led
Officers to the trailer park in the 5600 blk W Metaline. A male who matched the
description provided by the complainant was located in the area and identified as the
suspect from the previous incidents during which he masturbated in front of another
employee. The male, who was arrested for a similar incident at the Kennewick High
Track last week, was arrested and booked again today.
 
Suicidal/700 blk S Fir-
Officers responded for a report of 19 year old female who had
overdosed on pills, in an attempt to kill herself. She was transported to Trios Health and
admitted as a result of her condition. Information passed to CRISIS for follow up
contact.
 
Indecent Exposure/Kennewick & Vancouver- Officers responded for a reported, nude
male on the golf course. Complainant reported that while stopped for the light at
Kennewick and Vancouver, her father looked over to see a male on the golf course near
the fence with his pants undone and his penis in his hand. She advised that her 2 young
children also witnessed the incident. She stated when confronted about his behavior,
the male simply smiled and took his time in placing his penis back in his pants. When he  2
realized he was about to be photographed, he quickly walked toward the center of the
golf course. He was contacted, arrested and booked.
 
Assault DV/200blk W 6th Ave-
PSS Bowen observed a 14 year old female being physical
with her mother in the lobby at KPD. Officers responded and completed a report that
has been sent to the Juvenile PA for review.
 
A-Shift
 
Vehicle Prowl/00 blk E 36th Pl- Complainant drives a work truck registered to this company and parks it in his driveway. Last night, an unknown person broke into the Omaha brand side box installed in the bed of the truck. The suspect stole numerous power tools, to include several Milwaukee cordless drills, POS laser level 3, Dewalt band saw and a T Drill T60. Most of the tools have "1064" engraved on them. No witnesses or suspects have been identified.
 
Burglary/1200 blk W 10th Ave- Officer Melone responded to an assault report. The victim
stated that a female came to her apartment this evening, barged her way in, and started
assaulting her. She had several minor injuries but did not require medical attention. Officer
Melone was able to track down the suspect at her residence in Pasco. She was taken into
custody without incident by Pasco PD and handed over to Officer Melone. She was booked into
Benton County for Burglary 2nd.
 
CAT

 
Narcotics/4100 blk W Kennewick Ave- Detectives contacted 39 year old male at this location
and arrested him for 1 warrant. During a search of his person detectives located cocaine. He was booked into Benton County Jail for his warrant and POACS/Cocaine.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
