SPOKANE, Wash. - Thursday morning just before 7 o'clock, a garbage man noticed that his truck was smoldering at Division and Dalke, just south of Francis. To prevent the fire from spreading, the garbage man dumped the load in the street.

The load was dumped on Dalke which isn't a heavily used street so traffic was not affected but there was definitely a smelly mess left to clean up.
