Kids Stay Warm While They Trick-Or-Treat Indoors In Union Gap

Posted: Updated:

UNION GAP, WA-- If you don't want to take your kids outside tonight for trick-or-treating, there are other options available.

You can bring your kids to the Valley Mall in Union Gap where they can go trick-or-treating and stay nice and warm.

Mall representatives said they expect to see more than 1,000 people walk through their doors to get some candy, and they are happy to provide a safe alternative tonight for kids.

"Outside it's cold, there's cars, so it's a safety hazard, so inside it allows for a warm and safe environment for children," said mall marketing coordinator, Bryan Kozu.

If you want to go trick-or-treating on Halloween while staying warm, you can get your candy between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the Valley Mall in Union Gap.

Many stores and mall kiosks will be handing out candy to kids who are dressed up.

Mall representatives said if they run out of candy, there will also be Halloween crafts for the kids.
