Investigators say two boys were killed after a fire ripped through a home in Cle Elum Friday afternoon.
UPDATE: CLE ELUM, WA - After several days of investigating, police say the fire that killed two young boys in Cle Elum began in their bedroom.
Cle Elum Police say firefighters believe the fire started near the center floor of the children's bedroom.
The Fire Marshall's preliminary report shows investigators haven't determined the cause of the fire, because the lab hasn't yet examined electric devices found in the bedroom.
Police say they are waiting to release the names of the children until the King County Medical Examiner's office and the Washington State Toxicology Lab have confirmed their identities using DNA analysis.

Kittitas County Fire District No. 7 spokeswoman Richelle Risdon says the boys' mom was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, but it was unclear if anyone else was in the house.
Risdon says police and medics who arrived within a minute of the call tried to enter the home but were driven back by smoke.
The children were not immediately identified.
Some 30 firefighters from three departments fought the blaze.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. It's unsure at this time if the fire is considered suspicious or not.
