Not Guilty Plea in Downtown Yakima Murder

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, WA.--A man accused of shooting and killing another man in a Downtown Yakima bar said he's not guilty.

Police said 21-year-old Louis Kennedy Ayala shot 23-year-old Justin Flick-Grange multiple times after he lost a bet on a game of pool.

Ayala faces first degree murder charges. Investigators said Luberto Fernandez Rodriguez helped Ayala after the shooting.

Officers said one of the men left their ID at the crime scene so they went to the address in the Lower Valley and took the suspects into custody.
