C-Shift

Weapons/17th & Rainier- On 10/31/2013, Officer Sagen became aware of an incident
that took place at the school bus drop off in the area of 17th and Rainier. Numerous
students stated a male chased another student from the area of the bus stop with what
they believed to be a pistol. Officer Sagen investigated the incident and determined the
male had chased a friend with an air soft gun. After being identified as the victim, the
male stated that he and the suspect do this sort of thing, (ambush with air soft guns), to
each other on a regular basis. Report has been sent to the CA for review.

Warrant Arrest/1500 blk W 21st- Male was known to have a felony warrant out of
Franklin County for Possession of Methamphetamine, was contacted at the location and
arrested without incident.

Burglary/3900 blk W Metaline Ave- Complainant reported an unknown suspect had
broken into his garage sometime last night. The only items missing were his bike, lap
top computer, and a socket set. He advised there was no damage to the garage door or
the man door leading into the garage. The bike is a Surly Cross Check, black in color,
with all the stickers removed from the bike. The bike has a brown leather seat, brown
cork hand grips; black collapsible grocery bag racks on the back, and has a green WWII
Swedish gasmask bag attached under the seat. No leads or suspects.

Threats/500 blk N Edison – Complainant reported she has received a verbal threat from
a female that she is going to kill her. She states this is because the female believes she is
cheating with her husband. She stated she has also received threatening texts. The
female was interviewed and admits to talking to the female, telling her to burn in hell,
but denied making any threats of harm. Case forwarded to the PA for review.

Assault DV and Eluding/Bruneau & Gum- Complainant advised dispatch of a
disturbance involving a male and female in a vehicle in the area of Bruneau and Gum.
He advised the female attempted to exit the vehicle but was not allowed to do so. He
further advised the male driver then crossed three lanes of travel spun out in gravel off
the roadway. Officer Riley arrived in the area and located the vehicle. He advised
dispatch the vehicle was traveling northbound, across the cable bridge into Pasco.
Officer Riley saw the male and female were still fighting, with the male actively
assaulting the female as he drove. Officer Riley attempted to stop the vehicle while
coming off of the cable bridge. The vehicle failed to yield to a red light at the
intersection of 10th and Ainsworth and traveled east. A short pursuit ensued at
moderate speeds and the vehicle ultimately traveled east on Columbia from 10th, where
the female and male switched positions while the vehicle was moving. The vehicle then
came to a stop in the Griggs parking lot near Fiesta Foods. When it came to a stop, the
female was in the driver's seat. Officer Jones and Pasco PD assisted. The male was
detained from the passenger seat. The female was also detained. Both had visible
injuries from the assault. The male was arrested for Assault DV as the primary, and was
also arrested for Eluding, and DWLS 3rd. The female, who stated she was the driver
during the entire incident, was arrested for False Reporting and Aid and Abetting DWLS
3rd. Both were booked.

A-Shift

Warrant Arrest/Jean St & Kennewick Ave- Officer Kuehny stopped a 44 year old male
for a traffic violation. He was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was taken into
custody without incident and booked into Benton County on the warrant.

Accident FTS & ID/1st Ave & Auburn St- Female was southbound on Auburn Street,
preparing to turn left onto eastbound 1st Avenue. When her light turned green, she
made the turn however she accidentally turned in front of another car. This caused a
minor collision. The driver of the other car pulled over, but drove off after inspecting
the damage. The other car is described as an older red colored 2 door passenger car.

CAT

Stolen Vehicle Recovery/4th Ave & Williams St- CAT observed a West Richland stolen
vehicle traveling on 4th Ave and stopped it. The driver and passenger, both 17 year old
males, were detained. Both were uncooperative about how they obtained the car.
They were booked into Juvenile for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.

Wanted Person/1100 blk W 10th Ave- CAT observed a male run into an apartment. He
was located hiding on a patio at a neighboring unit. He was booked on one warrant.

DUI/Kennewick & Colorado- CAT followed an obviously intoxicated driver westbound
on Clearwater and initiated a stop at about Kellogg. The vehicle continued to near
Colorado St where the driver stopped. The female driver was extremely intoxicated and
resistive. Due to her large size and resistance, KFD responded so we could put her on a
gurney to transport her to Trios for a blood draw. Officer Banner obtained the search
warrant for her blood. She was booked for DUI and Resisting Arrest.

Wanted Person/19th & Union- CAT observed a wanted person walking in the area. He
was arrested and booked on warrants.
