C-Shift

Auto Theft/4200 blk W Clearwater- Complainant reported that at approximately 1000
hours, when the business opened up, he noticed their company van missing. The
vehicle is described as, WA B52273N, a 2001 Chevy 1500 Express Van. The van has
"Audio King and Tinting" all over the vehicle. The rear bumper is missing and there is
one sliding door on the passenger side. Security footage shows a white male,
approximately 30-40 years of age, short brown hair, wearing a t-shirt and capris type
pants jumped a fence from 4211 W Clearwater Ave. The male is seen entering the van
and leaving. Vehicle entered in ACCESS as stolen.

Warrant Arrest/Canal & Volland- After being stopped for a traffic violation, the male
driver was found to have a valid warrant from Benton County for Rioting. He was
arrested and booked without incident.

A-Shift

Warrant Service/7th Avenue & Vancouver- Officer Rosane contacted a vehicle in the
park near Zintel Canyon. Three passengers were warned about being in City Parks after
dark. One was found to have a felony warrant out of Pasco. She was transported to FC
Jail on the warrant.

Warrant Service/1200 blk S Olympia Pl- Officers responded to this address regarding a
disturbance in progress. Officers contacted a 28 year old male who was extremely
intoxicated. He was the source of the disturbance. It was determined no crime had
been committed however was found to have 4 warrants for his arrest. He was taken
into custody without incident and transported to the Benton County Jail.

Vehicle Prowl/1700 blk S Jean St- Complainant called to report that sometime between
2000 hours on 11/01 and 0800 hours this morning, an unknown person entered her
unlocked vehicle and stole a backpack. The backpack contained college textbooks and
notebooks. No witnesses or suspects have been identified.

Theft/400 blk Clover Island Dr- Complainant reported that $1,100 in cash and a bottle
containing 195 hydrocodone pills were stolen from his hotel room. An investigation
revealed that the complainant's friend allowed two unknown males into the hotel room.
While the complainant was sleeping, the unknown males took the money and
medication. The "friend was extremely intoxicated. The two male's suspects have not
been identified.

Malicious Mischief/2nd Ave & Kent St- Complainant reported that his 2003 Jeep
Cherokee was damaged while parked near this intersection. He stated the damage
occurred sometime between 2300 hours and 0200 hours. All windows were completely
shattered. The windshield was heavily damaged. The vehicle was rummaged through
and every seat was cut with a knife. The stereo and amplifier were not touched. The
ignition did not appear tampered with. He reported that $900 in cash was taken, as well
as leather "Harley Davidson" jacket and leather chaps. A friend's wallet was also
missing.

CAT

Hit & Run Search Warrant/100 blk S Waverly- CAT and Patrol responded to a hit and
run that occurred in the area of 4th and Yelm. Witnesses saw a blue truck speeding and
strike a utility box, then leave northbound on Waverly. A witness led us to the suspect
vehicle where it was parked at this residence. A female and male shut the curtains and
turned off the lights as we approached. CAT obtained a search warrant for the
residence after hailing for an hour. We located two adult females, adult male and 5
juveniles that had been hiding in a bedroom. Witnesses identified the male as the
driver. They also saw a female with the suspect and she was identified. The male was
booked for DUI and Hit and Run. The female was booked for Aiding and Abetting DUI
and Hit and Run. Male's BAC was found to be .145.
