SPOKANE, Wash. - Sweet Frostings Blissful Bakeshop is celebrating their 2nd birthday! Don't miss the one day a year that the cupcake shop bakes for their customers by offering cupcakes all day long for just $1.00!

Sweet Frostings has two locations but the celebration is only going to be happening at their downtown bakeshop.

Los Angeles police and federal officials warned Tuesday that dozens of people have fallen prey to the scam in recent years and have paid out more than $100,000.
