The Zag women's basketball team will open its season this Friday, Nov. 8, against the University of Idaho at the McCarthey Athletic Center. Last season Gonzaga trounced the Vandals 97-62 in December.

Head coach Kelly Graves will take his Bulldogs into the 2013 Preseason Women's National Invitation Tournament with high expectations. Gonzaga was ranked in the Associated Press Preseason Top-25 rankings for the first time in the program's history.
