Former Eagle Roos Named To Big Sky's Top 50 Moments

Tennessee Titans tackle and former Eastern Washington Eagle, Michael Roos, has been named to the Big Sky Conferences' "50 Greatest Men's Moments." 

Coming in at No. 30, the highlighted moment is when two former BSC football players, Roos and Jared Allen (Idaho State University), were named to the National Football League's All-Pro team in 2008.

Roos was a Titan's second-round draft pick in 2005 and has started all 135 games in his professional career, is a three time All-Pro (2008, 2009, 2011) and went to the 2008 Pro Bowl as well. Roos is currently the only NFL player to have a college field named after him, EWU named the all-red turf field for Roos after he and his wife, Katherine, donated $500,000 to finish the "Red Turf Project."
