RICHLAND, WA - A 42-year-old woman is in stable condition after a stabbing at a Richland hotel.
Richland Police say 32-year-old Cassidy Coffey stabbed the woman Sunday night at the Richland Days Inn during an argument.
Officers say paramedics took the 42-year-old woman to the hospital with multiple stab wounds to her torso.
Police say they searched the hotel room the women were in, and found a folding knife with a 3 ½" blade.
Officers arrested Coffey for first degree assault, and booked her into the Benton County Jail.
Officers haven't said what the relationship is between the two women.
