MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - A Moscow man has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bond for his role in a fatal shooting Sunday.

Twenty-eight-year-old Nathanial H. Nisbet appeared in 2nd District Court Tuesday for his role in the shooting death of 42-year-old Charles McMichael.

McMichael died of gunshot wounds to the chest suffered during an argument with Nisbet inside a trailer home at the Bel Air Mobile Home Park Sunday afternoon. Investigators say McMichael went to the trailer to change the locks for the woman who owns the residence and had been living there with Nisbet.

Nisbet was apprehended a short time after the shooting.

In a hearing Tuesday, police investigators who interviewed Nisbet testified he didn't recall pulling the gun or shooting at McMichael.
