The Washington State Liquor Control Board Opened its Marijuana retail, producer and processor application process on Monday. Applications are due by December 19th. SPOKANE, Wash. -

The Washington State Liquor Control Board Opened its Marijuana retail, producer and processor application process on Monday. Spokane County will eventually be home to 18 marijuana shops 8 of which in Spokane. The WSLCB says it expects "thousands" of applicants for the licenses but will only provide 334 retail license statewide. If more people apply for the retail license the WSLCB says it will hold a lottery to determine who it will license.

Those interested in applying have until December 19th to do so.

    BOZEMAN, Mont. - A 65-year-old Montana woman is on life support after she was mauled by two dogs over the weekend. Gallatin County Sheriff Brian Gootkin said Monday that Melissa Barnes was doing yard work Saturday at a residence west of Bozeman when she was attacked, first by a pit bull, followed by another dog. The breed of the second dog hasn't been confirmed.

The opinion that became public Tuesday appears to conflict with a common practice allowing the sale of aerial fireworks in Idaho to the general public as long as buyers promise not to use them in Idaho.
