C-Shift

 
Warrant Arrest/00 blk N Tweedt Pl-
Male was contacted as part of a verbal only
disturbance between him and his girlfriend. He was booked on a BCSO warrant for DUI.

Malicious Mischief/2800 blk W Kennewick- A window had been shot with a BB gun
causing damage to the window. The reporting party did not know when this would have
occurred outside of sometime in the past week. Another nearby business also had a
window that had been shot with a BB. No suspects.
 
Burglary/300 blk N Dayton-
Sometime during the night the gated and secured fenced
compound was entered and a company vehicle had numerous tools taken from inside
and on the vehicle. The fenced compound was still secure, but could be climbed or
gone under. The vehicle has no indication of forced entry. No suspects.
 
DUI Collision/1300 blk N Columbia Center Blvd- Officers Sullivan and Peterson
responded to a hit & run collision in the parking lot where the suspect had hit two
vehicles. Multiple witnesses had seen the suspect who was located in a mall store. The
35 year old male was arrested for DUI and Hit & Run. His intoxication was from
substances other then alcohol (PBT 0.0). A search warrant for blood evidence was
completed by Officer Sullivan. Driver booked on both charges.
 
A-Shift
 
Theft/1400 blk W 27th Ave-
Officer Rosane responded to a shoplift that had just
occurred. Store employees observed a male steal two cases of beer and place it in the
trunk of his vehicle. He was contacted and admitted to the theft. He was arrested and
trespassed from the store.
 
Burglary/100 blk W 2nd Ave-
Complainant reported that his residence had been
burglarized on 11/15/13. An unknown suspect broke out a bedroom window with a
large rock. The suspect stole a TV, desktop computer and an IPod touch.
 
Assault DV/1100 blk N Columbia Center Blvd-
Officers responded to a disturbance in
progress. Female reported that she and her new husband, married today, had been
arguing and he was out of control. Through investigation it was determined that the
female was intoxicated and the aggressor in the disturbance. She was arrested and
booked for assault DV. Her new husband was uncooperative and would not consent to
photographs or give a recorded statement.
