YAKIMA, WA -- Lemon appeared in court Tuesday but refused to enter a plea on charges of domestic violence, malicious mischief, trespassing and obstructing officers.

So the court entered a not guilty plea for him.

Lemon was initially scheduled to appear on Monday but prosecutors told the court he refused to leave his cell and just sat there naked. Lemon's latest arrest comes less than a week after he was charged with driving under the influence.
