CUSICK, Wash. -

One man was killed after two semi-trucks collided in Pend Oreille County Friday morning.

Troopers with the Washington State Patrol say 51-year-old James Morton of Benton City was driving his semi-truck southbound on Highway 20 about 13 miles north of Cusick when he crossed the center line and ended up tipping his truck on its side. The semi-truck crashed into a railroad bridge abutment, and was struck by another semi-truck traveling northbound. Morton was killed in the crash.

The other driver, 45-year-old Michael O'Kelley of Lewiston was not injured in the crash.

The collision remains under investigation.

The defense disagreed saying that Arteaga was not there when she died and they think she may have even died of suicideMore >>
