The one case that was confirmed in north Idaho is in Boundary County, according to a spokesperson with the Panhandle Health District.

McCullough and his conspirators stole credit and debit cards, check and PINs from mailboxes and used that stolen financial information to withdraw funds' from victims' bank accounts.
