Thanksgiving is next Thursday, meaning Christmas is just around the corner! It's becoming time to put up your tree and bust out those Christmas decorations you've been dying to dig out from the depths of your basement.

But no Christmas season is complete without one very special and important character ... Santa Claus!

The man himself made his grand entrance at River Park Square Friday, to the joy of kids and holiday enthusiasts who were able to make the big event.

Keagan Tennant, 17, and Matthew McKetta, 18, face serious charges in the death of 18-year-old Timothy Reeves. Charges include Involuntary Manslaughter, Attempted Murder, Robbery, Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of a Death, and more.

    COCOA, Fla. (AP) - Florida prosecutors will decide whether to file charges against five teenagers who laughed and recorded video as a disabled man drowned. Cocoa Police officials said Wednesday they had turned over the case to prosecutors. Police have recommended filing a misdemeanor charge of failure to report a death.

Seven Republicans joined all Democrats Wednesday in a 45-55 vote defeating the plan. It was the second self-inflicted setback the GOP has suffered this week in trying to roll back Obama's 2010 statute.
