Thanksgiving is next Thursday, meaning Christmas is just around the corner! It's becoming time to put up your tree and bust out those Christmas decorations you've been dying to dig out from the depths of your basement.

But no Christmas season is complete without one very special and important character ... Santa Claus!

The man himself made his grand entrance at River Park Square Friday, to the joy of kids and holiday enthusiasts who were able to make the big event.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is alerting the public to two transient level three sex offenders moving to the Spokane area. 38-year-old Joshua Epperson and 40-year-old Michael Cottrell are not wanted by law enforcement at this time.
