PASCO, WA - The Pasco Union Gospel Mission prepared some 24 turkeys for their Thanksgiving feasts along with an estimated 50 pounds of mashed potatoes and another five or six pounds of gravy!

A couple hundred people stopped by for the meals on Wednesday and Thursday. Organizers say everyone was blessed to be a part of it.

"They enjoy being honored and respected. Something that they don't often get out there on the street. So you know, I think it's a great feeling people have. They know that they're not left out," said Byron Brooks with the Mission.

They also gave away dozens of dinner boxes. About 25 volunteers helped out with the dinners.
