Friday November 29:
13-38245 – Burglary / 310 W Columbia Dr, Jack's Superior Auto Body

The business owner reported that three cars had been prowled on his property. The cars were inside a secured fenced area. The incident occurred at some point after noon yesterday and this morning. Entry was made by dismantling part of the fence gate. The fence is barbed wired at the top. There was no obvious property taken from the cars, but they had obviously been gone through. Video shows a single suspect going through the cars, and there are no suspect(s) identified.

13-38250 – Burglary / 112 W Columbia Dr, Accurate Automotive

This business is located in the same area as the above burglary. Accurate Automotive also has a secured fenced compound that was entered in the same manner as Jack's Superior Auto Body. At least one car had been gone through, and a duffle bag was taken from the car. The suspect has this duffle bag while committing the burglary at Jack's. Accurate Automotive does not have video. The identities of the suspect(s) are not known.

13-38265 – Burglary / 120 W Entiat Ave, Blue Ribbon Recovery
This business is located in same area as above two listed burglaries. This burglary is same method as in a fenced compound entered to gain access to vehicles. There was an outside lock box that was broken into and 25 sets of car keys taken. A black Ford Ranger Splash had been stolen and it appears it had been driven through the north fence of the compound. Business owner did not have any information on the vehicle. Investigation ongoing to obtain key inventory and stolen vehicle information. A set of pliers that suspect(s) had used was collected as evidence.

Saturday November 30:
13-38341 – Burglary / 100 W Canal Dr, Premier Woodworks
Business was burglarized during the night as owner was at location last night until 7:00 pm. The secured fenced area was entered by a front gate being pried open. Along with smaller property that was stolen a gold Chevrolet 1500 truck was stolen from the location. The truck was later recovered at another business burglary (below). No suspects.

13-38345 – Burglary / 553 E Columbia Dr, Golden Crown Auto Sales

Business was burglarized during the night as owner was at location last night until 8:00 pm. The secured fenced area was entered by disassembly of a portion of fence. The gold Chevrolet 1500 that was stolen from Premier Woodworks was recovered on the property and processed for evidence. A black 2000 Nissan Sentra (ABX5172) was stolen from this location. Other property was also stolen. No suspects identified. Nissan entered as stolen.

13-38351 – Burglary / 120 W Entiat Ave, Haps RV Storage
This business has storage units that back up to one of the other recent burglary victim's property. The owner was last at the location on November 27th. The side of a storage unit, which was metal siding, was damaged to gain entry. Sheetrock between the connected units was cut to gain entry into the second storage unit. Various tools were stolen from the location. No suspects.

13-38391- Burglary/ 303 N. Fruitland St. (Bennett Rentals)

At 9:15pm officers responded to Bennett Rentals for a burglary. SECOMM advised that the owner had received an alarm trip just before 9:00pm and they responded to check the building. Upon arrival they found the front door had been forced open. The building was cleared and no one was located. The owner checked the building and yard and found that nothing was missing. The scene was processed but no latent prints of value were located. It appears the alarm scared off the suspect(s).
