Hit and Run/400 blk E 8th Pl-
Complainant reported finding his vehicle damaged this
morning. His 2009 Subaru rear bumper had gray paint transfer and was found dented
this morning. No suspects or witnesses.
 
Assault DV/5600 blk W Canal Pl- Officer Meyer responded to assist a Probation Officer
at Juvenile with a disturbance in progress out front in the parking lot. A 13 year old male
gang member and his mother started arguing outside after leaving juvenile court. He pushed and threatened to kill his mother. He was arrested and booked into Juvenile for
assault dv.

Assist Fire/5100 blk W 18th Ave- Three officers needed to assist KFD with residential
structure fire block off streets.
 
B Squad
 
Field Arrest/6th Ave & Olympia-
Officer Kiel stopped a male driver for a traffic infraction.
He is suspended in the 3rd Degree and requires and interlock device. There was no
interlock on the vehicle. He was arrested and a small bindle of white powder was
located on his person. Suspect was booked for DWLS 3rd Degree and No Interlock. The
powder was sent for analysis.
 
Theft/200 blk S Young Pl- Complainant reported that he let his son stay for the night.
He does not live at the location and was told not to go in his father's room. He was seen
with an item that was taken from the room. Dad checked his wallet and is missing a 100
dollar bill. His left the location prior to police arrival and could not be located.
 
Field Arrest/600 blk N Arthur-
Officer Kiel responded to a large group fighting at the
location. A 12 year old and his 16 years old brother and a15 years old male were
contacted. The 15 and 16 year olds were intoxicated and confrontational with officers.
The 15 year old had broken his hand prior to police contact and claimed he was hurt
when he was handcuffed. The 16 year old told Officer Reil that he was going to," Kick
his ass". His mother said she is scared of when he is drunk and did not want to go home
with him. The 16 year old was arrested for alcohol violation and threats. He resisted
the arrest and was taken to the ground and had a small abrasion on his forehead. He
was transported to Trios, cleared and was held at the Juvenile Justice Center until he is
sober. The 15 year old was arrested for alcohol violation and turned over to his family.
The 12 year old was turned over to his mother.
 
Assault DV/5500 blk Hildebrand - Mom reported that her 14 year old son pushed her
and threw a remote control at her, striking her forearm with it. Juvenile would not take
him because of his age. A JCR was forwarded to Juvenile Prosecutors.
 
CAT
 
Field Arrest/10th & Huntington St-
Detectives stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction.
The female driver had a warrant, was DWLS 3RD, and was required to have an ignition
interlock device, which she did not have. She was booked into Benton County Jail.
 
Warrant Arrest/Edison & Yellowstone St- Detectives contacted a 16 year old male and
arrested him for 2 warrants. He was booked into Juvenile Justice.

Warrant Arrest/Canal & Edison St- Detectives contacted a 20 year old male at this
location and arrested him for 1 warrant. He is an associate gang member. He was
booked into Benton County Jail.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
