DAYTON, WA. - Columbia County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a boy they believe is connected with a threat made at Dayton High School.

Deputies arrested the boy on Monday but say they're still continuing to investigate. Formal charges are pending.

A custodian found the threatening note on a back door of the school on November 25. The note threatened the lives of everyone in the building. The superintendent delayed classes by two hours while investigators searched the area.

Deputies and local firefighters didn't find anything suspicious.
