Santa's Workshop Comes to Yakima

Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, WA. -- Fortunately, we didn't have to go to the North Pole to share Santa's workshop with you. This is at the Larson Gallery.

The free event showcased work from local artists and allowed kids to express their own creativity with free art supplies. The gallery hopes to bring some Christmas cheer.

"(Just) bring in some kids and have a free day where people can come and enjoy being with Santa and decorating," David Lynx of Larson Gallery said. "Just kind of a fun Holiday event and an extra thing for the Larson Gallery to help people get to know us a little bit better."

This is the first year the Larson Gallery has held the event but it won't be the last, they hope to host it for years to come.
