C-Shift
 

Missing Person/Kennewick Area- After having been reported as a runaway on 12/05,
new information was received today regarding the victim, a 14 year old female, an
Amber Alert was issued.
 
Narcotics/400 blk S Tweedt St-
Officers responded for a student who was found to be in
possession of Brass Knuckles. After finding the weapon, staff searched his locker and
also located drug paraphernalia. A JCR was completed on the male for the offenses.
 
Narcotics/600 Blk S Dayton St- School security was advised that a male student was in
possession of and showing other students a pill bottle of marijuana. He was contacted
and detained without incident by security. PD arrived and completed a JCR for the
offense.
 
Assault DV/00 blk N Huntington- During an argument, a witness saw a female slap her
boyfriend in the face several times. She was arrested and booked.
 
Auto Theft/9200 blk W Gage Blvd- Complainant reported that sometime between
2330 and 0840hrs a unknown suspect stole her Green, 2000 Volkswagen Beetle 2 door,
WA Plate# 114UQG. No leads or suspects. Vehicle entered in ACCESS as stolen.
 
Burglary/00 blk E 3rd- Complainant arrived at home and saw two males running out of
the back of his residence. When he was pulling up to his home he noticed his hammer
lying on the roof, his son`s window open and the blinds also on the roof. He went
through his house and noticed his drawers had been gone through. The only description
provided was, 15-20 YOA, males, bundled up in clothing. K9 track attempted with
negative results. No leads or suspects. Latent prints collect and sent to WSP.
 
Missing/00 blk N Sheppard Pl- Complainant reported to Officer Peterson that her 21
year old sister had been missing since Tuesday. She dropped her off in Pasco at a 
church and she was supposed to get a ride home with her aunt. Her sister has not come
home in the past but usually returns. ATL issued.

A-Shift
 
Warrant Service/500 blk N Arthur St- Officers responded to this complex for a
disturbance in progress. The complainant reported that her estranged boyfriend was at
the location and he was refusing to leave. Prior to police arrival he left but was located
nearby at a fast food restaurant. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant and
trespassed from the property.
 
Malicious Mischief/400 blk S Olympia St- Officers responded to this residence for a
possible drive by shooting. Contact was made with the complainant who reported she
had been sitting in her living room when the front window broke. She was not sure if it
had been shot out or broken with some other object. The scene was processed and no
evidence of a shot being fired was located. The impact area on the window is more
consistent with being struck by a rock. There was also clear plastic sheeting behind the
window that was not punctured
 
Solicitors/3700 blk W 16th Pl-
Officer Rosane responded to the area for a complaint of
solicitors aggressively trying to sell vacuum cleaners. Officer Rosane located and
contacted three subjects and all were soliciting and none of them had a Kennewick
business license. All three were cited and released.
 
Weapons/500 blk N Fisher St- Officers responded to a report of an assault with a gun. Male
called 911 and reported that his cousin had just pointed a gun in his face and was now tearing
up the residence. As officers were responding he advised that the suspect was leaving the area
in a car. Officer Veitenheimer arrived in the area and spotted the suspect vehicle. The vehicle
was stopped on Hood Ave and the suspect and his passenger were detained. He was found to
be in possession of a loaded .380 handgun when he was arrested. Contact was made with the
complainant who stated that the gun was never pointed at him and at no time did he feel
threatened. He said that he called 911 to get his cousin to leave his residence. Suspect was
interviewed and then booked into the BCSO jail for brandishing a firearm and unlawful carry (no
CPL). The firearm was taken as evidence and forfeiture paperwork was completed.
 
Field Arrest/00 blk S Fruitland St-
Officers responded regarding a disturbance. Husband and wife reside at the location and investigation revealed that both were intoxicated and annoying each other. No crime had been committed by either. Officers spent a significant amount of time attempting to solve the problem, however both refused to leave house. Once Officers left, the husband called 911 four times to report that his wife was making unnecessary noises. He was eventually arrested and booked for misuse of 911.
 
DUI/Dennis St & Bruneau Ave-
Officer Rosane contacted a 50 female who was passed out
behind the wheel of her Jeep Wrangler. She was found to be intoxicated and was subsequently
arrested for DUI. She refused to provide a breath sample, so a search warrant was obtained.
She was eventually brought back to the Benton County Jail and booked for DUI. 
 
CAT
 
Missing Person Follow-up/Kennewick- Detectives followed up tips concerning missing
14 year old female.
 
Warrant Arrest/2700 blk W Hopkins St Pasco-
CAT received information that a wanted
male was at this residence. CAT and Pasco PD officers contacted the suspect and
arrested him for 2 warrants. He was booked into Benton County Jail.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
