1 Tablespoon salt1 Tablespoon paprika1 Tablespoon garlic powder1 Tablespoon garlic salt1 Tablespoon black pepper1 Tablespoon thyme, dried1 Tablespoon oregano, dried1 Tablespoon white sugar2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and combine. The rub will stay fresh for several months in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot in your kitchen.This rub can be used on beef, chicken, pork and even fish! You can even use it as a seasoning salt (just take out the sugar) for other recipes!
