The Elf on the shelf has been a Christmas tradition for quite some time, and this year at KHQ, we had our own Elf show up, ready to work. We asked you what we should call our new friend, and pulling from a long tradition of KHQ broadcasting, we decided to call him George.

You can track all the places George visits here at KHQ and abroad by following this slideshow, which will be updated frequently as George makes his way around the newsroom and Spokane.
