While Monday is expected to be the busiest mailing day, Thursday, December 19th, could be the busiest delivery day for workers with the Postal Service.

Here are the holiday deadlines for shipping with the U.S. Postal Service if you want your holiday packages to reach their destination by Christmas:

First-Class Mail - Dec. 20th
Priority Mail - Dec. 21st
Priority Mail Express - Dec. 23rd

Workers with UPS are expected to pick up 34 million packages across the world on Monday, and the majority of those packages will be delivered  by UPS on Tuesday.
