C-Shift
 
Warrant Arrest/10th & Oak-
As the result of a traffic stop, the female driver was
arrested for DWLS 3rd degree and two warrants, for DWLS was $1,136.00 and, Theft 1st
degree was $1,374.00. She was booked.
 
Trespass/500 blk W Albany- Complainant reported that he found a female in his garage.
On arrival, Officers contacted the female who was clearly under the influence of some
type of drug. She could not say why she was there, but kept repeating that it was her
family, and everyone on the block was her family. She was arrested and booked for
Trespass.
 
Theft of Boat Motor/700 blk S Buntin- Complainant reported this morning he found his
Honda 5HP outboard motor had been removed from the mounts on the boat and was
missing. He also stated his black electric trolling motor is missing. He was not able to
provide any identifying information regarding the motors.
 
Disorderly Conduct/1100 blk W 10th-
While checking the area for a wanted subject,
Officer Riley was driving through the parking lot when a male who was riding a bike
turned directly in front of the moving patrol vehicle and came to a stop causing Officer
Riley to stop suddenly to avoid hitting him. When asked what the problem was he
replied to Officer Riley in not so nie of terms and was immediately detained. He was
later booked at the BCSO Jail for disorderly Conduct per City Attorney's office.
 
Trespass/1400 blk W 27th- Officers responded for a reported, highly intoxicated male
who had purchased and consumed several 40oz beers, and was now harassing other
customers for money. The male had been told several times to leave and not return.
Officer Kuhn arrived in the area and located the male, who had left the area and was  7
now in the area of 24th Lp and Olympia. When he turned around to contact the male,
the male fled in to the neighborhood and could not be located. After searching for 20
minutes, Officers were leaving the area when the male subject was located in the Yoke's
parking lot. When he saw Officers, he began running, with an employee running after
him and pointing him out to Officers. Officers were able to cut him off and ordered him
to stop and get on the ground. He did not comply and was placed on the ground and
cuffed without further incident. He was arrested and booked for Trespass.
 
Warrant Arrest & Resisting/3600 blk W Clearwater- During a traffic stop, a record
check of the driver revealed 3 arrest warrants. As Officer Howard was approaching the
vehicle for the second contact, the driver fled on foot into the nearby RV where Officer
Howard lost visual in the middle of the park. A record check identified a trailer in the
park associated with the driver. Upon contacting the residents they stated the suspect
was inside and gave consent to enter. He was arrested and booked
 
A-Shift
 
Malicious Mischief/1300 blk N Columbia Center Blvd- Complainant reported that she
had parked her vehicle in the mall lot. When she returned to the vehicle she discovered
that two of her tires had been slashed. No suspect information.
 
Warrant Service/1000 blk S Washington St- The clerk reported a male was loitering
around the parking lot and refusing to leave. Officer Valdez contacted the male and
found he had an outstanding DOC warrant. He was arrested and booked without
incident.
 
DUI/ 10th Ave & Dayton St- Officer Kuehny stopped male for an equipment violation.
Officer Kuehny found he was DUI. Officer Banner completed SFST's and processed the
DUI. BAC .163/ .154.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
