MOXEE, WA - A 34-year-old man will spend six years in prison for several sex crimes related to under aged girls.
Jose Mario Sagrero was sentenced last week after he pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement. Sagrero pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree child molestation, third degree child molestation and communication with a minor for immoral purposes.
Conditions upon Sagrero's release from prison will include an additional three years of community custody that will be monitored by the WA State Department of Corrections and he will be required to register as a sex offender.
The charges stem from a January 2012 arrest that was investigated by the Moxee Police Department. The case started with a call from a school counselor at East Valley Central Middle School.
Eventually through the investigation four total victims were identified, all were middle school aged females that were acquainted.
