More >>SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives have made an arrest in the homicide of Doug Carlile. Timothy E. Suckow, 50, was arrested for 1st Degree Murder. Suckow made his first court appearance on Tuesday. On December 15, 2013, an intruder entered Carlile's South Hill home on South Garfield and shot him.
