C-Shift
 
Vehicle Theft/1300 blk W 7th Pl- Complainant reported he left his blue 2000 Toyota
Corolla warming up
in the parking lot as it was cold this morning. When he went
outside to leave around 0605, he found the vehicle was missing. No leads or suspects.
 
Vehicle Prowl/3000 blk W Hood- Complainant reported she left her vehicle parked at
the location last night at about 2120hrs. When she returned to the vehicle at about
1000hrs, she found the contents of her vehicle had been rummaged through. Her
vehicle registration, insurance card and several CD's were missing. She stated the
vehicle was locked when she left it and she observed no damage to the vehicle. No
leads or suspects.
 
Assault 4th DV/500 blk S Olympia St- Officer Santoy responded regarding a disturbance
in progress. An investigation revealed that a female and male had been in a verbal
argument. During the argument, the female struck the male in the chest with a closed
fist. She was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Benton County
Jail for Assault 4th DV. Judge approved a no-contact order.
 
A-Shift
 
Theft Shoplift Attempt/2800 blk W Kennewick Ave- Loss prevention officer called to
report that a male just attempted to steal a shopping cart full of liquor (19 bottles).
After approaching the male at the front door, the suspect abandoned the cart and fled
on foot through the parking lot. The suspect is described as a white male,
approximately 30 years of age, 5'09 & 200 lbs. He was wearing a black beanie cap, a
white Seahawks sweatshirt and blue jeans.
 
Suicide Attempt/2400 blk W 4th Pl- Officers responded to this address regarding a
welfare check. A 62 year old female was found unresponsive by friends who had come
to check on her. It was determined that she had consumed a large quantity of  2
prescription medications. Shes was conscious when Officers arrived, and medics
transported her to Trios where she was stabilized. Crisis was notified.
 
Theft/3100 blk W Kennewick Ave- Officer Rosane responded to this address regarding a
theft report. Complainant was at the location washing clothing. She left her vehicle
unlocked.
Sometime between 1730 hrs and 1830 hrs, an unknown person entered her
vehicle and stole her wallet, which contained debit and credit cards. Numerous CD's
were also taken. She called her bank and discovered that the card had been used.
Officer Rosane responded there and viewed video footage of a young Hispanic female
using the card. The female was wearing distinctive clothing. Officer Rosane responded
back to the Laundromat and noticed the suspect inside. He made contact with the 19
year old female. She denied stealing the card. She stated an unknown female gave it to
her. She was booked on a 72-hr hold for Identity Theft.
 
Warrant Arrest/1300 blk Dakota Ave Richland-
Detectives received information that a
40 year old wanted male was at this residence. Detectives contacted the suspect and
arrested him for 6 felony warrants. He was booked into Benton County Jail.

    19 year old Travis Dean LeMaster was taken into custody Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015 in the 2400 blk of West Court Street in Pasco WA on charges of 1st Degree Robbery. LeMaster was wanted in connection with the June 6, 2015 Armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of Columbia Center Mall in Kennewick, Washington. Investigators, following up an anonymous tip and with assistance of Pasco Police, located LeMaster and took him into custody.More >>

    On 4/23/2015 at 19:45 Shopko employees saw Jackie Sue Rolph concealing merchandise in a large bag. She left the story without paying for the items to a vehicle waiting for her in the parking log. She entered the vehicle and left the area. A KPD officer arrived in the area and saw the vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the occupants. A search warrant was served on the vehicle and all the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to Shopko.
