Burglary/400 blk N Hartford St- Officer Meyer investigated a residential burglary where
the unknown suspect forced entry to the residence garage's roll up door. The reporting
party advised the suspect took an unregistered dirt motorcycle. No witnesses, canvas
was done and no latent prints or video were available.
Burglary/900 blk W 5th Ave- Officer Pitts investigated a residential burglary where the
unknown suspect broke out a bedroom window to make entry. This is a rental and was
unoccupied when the break in occurred. This morning employees from Perfection Glass
arrived at the home and were going to change out the old windows for new ones. As
they entered the home they heard sounds like someone was inside and was trying to
get out. The employees observed a white male, 5/8 to 5/10 wearing designer type blue
jeans and white tennis shoes running from the house via the backyard. A canvas of
neighborhood also was unfruitful. No further info at this time.
Warrant Service/700 blk E 5th Ave- Officer Pitts was at the address for a disturbance.
One of the subjects, a 35 year old female, had an outstanding warrant and was arrested
and taken to jail.
B Squad
Domestic/6000 blk W Okanogan Lp – Husband and wife were verbal about marriage
problems. Both said nothing physical took place and no signs of any assaults. Both
were given DV packets.
Domestic/700 blk N Columbia Center Blvd- Male and female have been married three
years. He is unhappy because she does not pay enough attention to him and she does
not like him moping around. Tonight they started argue and he agreed to leave. No
evidence of any assaults seen.
Burglary/1300 blk W 5th Ave- Complainant said she left her residence for about an hour
and locked the deadbolt. When she returned the door had been forced open. She is
missing an Xbox and Wii Console from a bedroom. She also said there were Christmas
gifts taken from under the tree. A canvas was done and several neighbors reported
seeing the burglary. One advised approximately 30 minutes prior to the 911 call of the
burglary report they heard subjects knocking on her front door. They looked through
the peep hole on the front door and could see two black males. One was described as
being in his 20`s and wearing all black with a full beard was standing in the corner near
her door and was holding a gun in his hand and was instructing a younger black male to
break into the apartment. The younger black male was described as being
approximately 16 years old and was tall but "chubby." He was wearing a white striped
shirt and jeans. Another resident advised they had also seen two black males at the
apartment. It was further learned a Hispanic male was standing near the entrance to the
apartments and appeared to be functioning as a "lookout." When asked if they were
able to give a description of the males and they stated they were not. None of the
neighbors saw fit to call 911. Officer Kiel later contacted a black male and two Hispanic
males in the area but the males were not identified as the suspects.
Assault DV/4800 blk W Clearwater Ave- Male and female were arguing when he
grabbed her and drug her down the hall and held her down on the floor. He attempted
to leave but was contacted at the driveway. He was arrested and booked for Assault 4
DV. A No Contact Order was put in place.
Phone Harassment/6200 blk W Albany Ct- Complainant reported receiving phone calls
from an unknown male. Today he received a text from the number with a picture of a
female and the text said, "This is what you look like." 411 shows the number is from
Yakima but does not have a name for the number. Officer Hamel called the number and
received a message that the mailbox has not been set up, so a message could be left.
Complainant was asked to contact his service provider so he can block the number.  7
Assault 4 DV/800 blk W Klamath- Male and female were arguing when the female
pushed and scratched the male. While on this call it was noticed that water was leaking
through the roof of the mobile home, through what appeared to be a smoke detector
and onto the hall floor. Female was arrested and booked for Assault DV. Photos were
taken of the leak and the information was forwarded to code enforcement.
