NBCRightNow.com - Several local youth programs will receive donations thanks to Dutch Brothers Coffee and the support of the community.
Eleven Dutch Brothers Coffee stands in southeastern Washington raised $7,941 on Friday, December 6th, for the annual Buck for Kids Day. The coffee stands donated $1 from every drink sold to children's causes selected by local owners.
"We were astounded at the love and support the community gave to us on our Buck for Kids Day," said Yakima owner Shawn Hill. "If it wasn't for our amazing customers and community, we would not have been able to help out the Children's Village to the extent we were."
