Burglary/600 blk N Kellogg St- Unknown suspect cut into the perimeter lot fence to
enter and prowl several work trucks in the lot taking tools from the vehicles. No suspect
info no foot prints of latent prints could be recovered.
Car Prowl/3400 blk W 1st Pl- Victim advised an unknown suspect entered her unlocked
and took several items including a TomTom GPS, portable Scosche speaker, ifrog
headphones and $40 in cash. No suspect info at this time.
Warrant Service/E 2nd & Date- Officer Meyer spotted the black Honda that Pasco PD
and WSP were chasing last week for a FTS & ID. Upon contact the driver, a 40 year old
male, had several felony warrants and was arrested. Pasco PD towed the vehicle as
evidence. The driver was booked into jail by Officer Meyer.
Trespass Arrest/1500 blk W 7th Ave- 24 year old male somehow entered un-seen and
was found wandering the halls by staff and appeared to be intoxicated. He was arrested
and booked into jail.
Warrant Service/5000 blk W Clearwater Ave- 61 year old female was arrested on an
outstanding warrant after her sister asked us to do a welfare check. She was booked
into jail.
B Squad
Assist/27th & Cascade-
Officer Kiel responded. Female reported she was a passenger in
a taxi and it drove off the road. The driver said he was driving about 10-15 mph and
drove straight off the road into a yard because of the fog. Insurance information was
given to the home owner,. Female said she needs a report because her neck hurt.
Lewd Conduct/7400 blk W Canal Dr- Complainant reported that at about 1400 hours his
girlfriend's 14 year old daughter was walking with a friend and as they walked past the 
location they heard someone say, "Hey." When they turned they saw a male in his 70's
hiding in some bushes near the main entrance of the business. The male had his pants
around his ankles and was masturbating. The girls ran and thought he may follow but
when they turned around the male was gone. The male was wearing a white polo shirt
and shorts. He had gray hair and was bald on the top of his head. The investigation is
Suicide Attempt/5500 blk W Canal Pl- Staff reported that a male had been causing
problems all day, making suicidal statements, setting off the fire alarm and being
combative with staff. The last time he was combative he was subdued with OC10.
When he was returning from the shower he hid a towel on his person. In his cell he
attempted to strangle himself. Staff saw him and removed the towel. He was conscious
and breathing normally when the towel was removed. There was no sign of trauma.
Staff wanted Abdullah wanted him medically cleared. Officer Hamel and a Corrections
Officer went to Trios with the medics and the juvenile where he was medically cleared.
Crisis Response was notified of the attempt.
Threats/5000 blk W Clearwater Ave- Complainant reported that a female threatened
her on face book. The face book comments were reviewed and there were no threats.
She said she made a police report with Pasco PD concerning her windows being broken
out of her car and stated that she names her as a suspect. There were pictures of the
car posted as well.
Vehicle Prowl/100 blk N Morain- Complainant reported she parked her car in the
parking lot at while she was shopping and unknown suspect broke out the rear
passenger window and stole a picture album and bible. The bible had her name in it.
Theft/100 blk N Ely- Officer Ayala responded to an uncooperative shoplifter. LP
watched a male conceal a watch and when confronted said he did not have it. When he
was told the police were called he produced the watch and started to swear at LP. He
gave several different names to LP and said if the police do not show up quick he was
leaving. He was booked for theft.
Child Abuse/2900 blk W 7th Ave- Complainant reported that her daughter returned
home from her ex-husbands with bruises on her upper bicep. She said her step mother
caused the bruises. The stepmother was contacted and said the child was falling and
she grabbed her by the upper arm to keep her from falling. There have been allegations
going back and forth claiming each set of parents are physically abusing the child. The
discipline laws were explained and the file was forwarded to CPS who has been involved
with past allegations.
Theft/1100 blk W 10th Ave- Complainant reported that he heard his car alarm go off and
went outside to see a black Lexus leaving the area. He said someone had tried to
remove the wing on the trunk of his vehicle. He did not see the suspects or get a plate. 
Auto Theft/200 blk W 50th Ave- Complainant said she left her green 2000 Dodge
Durango (WA/417WKN) in the driveway running to warm up. She walked back outside
only to see the vehicle leaving the area. Her purse, $40.00, debit card and laptop were
in the vehicle. The vehicle entered as stolen.
Driving While License Suspended/2700 blk S Quillan-
Officer Ayala had responded to
shoplift incident. Female was caught stealing and was cooperative, however, her
mother was not when she responded. She was checked and did not have any warrants
but her driving status is suspended. Officer Ayala was in his vehicle completing the
shoplift report when she drove past him. She was stopped and arrested for DWLS 3rd
Degree. She has 3 priors so she was booked for DWLS 3rd Degree.
Field Arrest/3600 blk W 4th Ave- Officer Greenough responded to subjects in someone's
yard, two on foot and one on a bike. Officer Greenough saw a male on a bike and
female on foot in the area when he checked. He attempted contact and the female
complied and the male kept riding his bike away. The female was told to sit on the
sidewalk and she complied. The male was followed with overhead lights on and
eventually the siren was activated. The male eventually stopped about 250 feet away
from the attempted contact. He was detained in handcuffs and post Miranda admitted
to being in the yard. He was intoxicated and was cited and released for failing to obey a
police officer.
Wanted Person/200 blk S Waverly-
CAT arrested a male on a Felony warrant out of
Olympia PD, two warrants out of Seattle PD, and a DOC warrant. He was booked into
Benton County.
