PASCO, WA - The Franklin County Coroner has completed the autopsy on the body of a woman murdered in a Pasco apartment on Friday.

Police have arrested 47-year-old Guadalupe Montejano on first degree murder charges. He appeared in court on Monday and a judge set his bail at $500,000. Montejano will appear in court again on January 14th.

Police say Montejeno and Acevedo knew each other. Montejano's neighbors said she had been staying at his apartment for about a week.

One neighbor expressed he will miss seeing Acevedo around walking her dog.

"I feel for the daughter of tammie and it's I still can't believe she's gone because you'd always see her walking around with her dog and you'd hear her a mile away," said James Richeson.

Toxicology results from Acevedo's autopsy are currently pending.
